Checked before every delivery
Before it leaves for you, each item is checked: the stroller’s brakes and fold, the seats’ straps and buckles, the high chair’s stability. An item that fails the check is not delivered.
Car seats to the R129 i-Size norm
The European R129 regulation, called i-Size, is gradually replacing the older ECE R44/04 norm. It sizes the seat by the child’s height rather than weight, requires rear-facing travel until at least 15 months and adds a side-impact test.
On delivery we fit the seat with you and check the strap tension together. If you change cars during your stay, we can walk you through fitting it again on WhatsApp.
